From there, venture into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the natural wonders of the world, and continue to the Serengeti, where you’ll immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring Northern Migration. This safari is designed for those looking for adventure, wildlife photography, and the chance to witness nature in its most raw and beautiful form.

SAFARI FAQS.
1. When is the best time to see the Mara River Migration Crossings?
The Great Migration herds typically reach the Northern Serengeti and Mara River region between July and October. During these months, river crossings occur unpredictably every day as herds cross back and forth between Tanzania and Kenya.
2. How does the 2-Base Accommodation Strategy benefit us?
Most 8-day safaris move guests to a new hotel almost every single night, resulting in constant packing, check-outs, and fatigue. By staying at Base 1 (Karatu) for 3 nights and Base 2 (Serengeti) for 4 nights, you unpack only twice, giving you far more time to relax and enjoy your safari.
3. Is it possible to fly back to Arusha or Zanzibar on Day 8 instead of driving?
Yes! On Day 8 (or Day 7 evening), we can arrange a flight from Seronera or Kogatende Airstrip directly to Arusha Airport (ARK) or Zanzibar (ZNZ), saving you drive time back. Contact us for flight add-on rates.
4. Can this 8-day private safari be customized for families with children?
Yes! As a private tour, daily schedules, game drive durations, and meal times are completely flexible to match your family's pace. Booster seats and child-friendly lodge menus are provided upon request.
